The project
Tibbatts Abel worked with Tom Kerridge and Greene King to revive this tired high street pub. Giving it a new lease of life as a multi-faceted business, incorporating a premium butchers alongside a quality pub.
The interior
The space needed to be informal and traditional to evoke the traditional butchers shop of a bygone romantic age, whilst also being premium enough to sit within the portfolio of a Tom Kerridge venue. The attention to detail from stitching details on fixed seating, furniture, bespoke light fittings had to be worthy of the Tom Kerridge brand.
