The project
Sitting upstairs from The Huxley Bar within The Rutland Hotel, a gourmet dining experience awaits. Kyloe is a nod to the Scottish Highland cattle breed, where the steak restaurant sources its meats locally. The interior reinforces the roots of the brand with its quirky ceiling features, framed eclectic artwork and lighting within reclaimed barrels. Tibbatts Abel recently revisited the previous design to further enhance the space and add a fresh, up to date, look.
