The project
Our longstanding clients and celebrity chefs, Judy Joo and Andrew Hales, tasked us with creating Seoul Bird’s first restaurant after their success at Westfield’s Food Balcony, London, and the increasing popularity in Korean food. Since its completion in 2021 we have since returned to extend the restaurant, increasing covers, and introducing even more ‘Instagrammable’ design features.
The interior
The design creates the perfect blend of authentic Korean styling with unique artwork, dramatic lighting and the use of exciting textures and materials. Impactive branding and signage draws customers in, whilst the delicious high-quality meals keep them coming back, time after time.
