Theatrix, Birmingham

Theatrix is a restaurant, bar and entertainment venue established in a Grade II listed building overlooking the stunning Victoria Square. The brief was to create a new rooftop cocktail bar as an extension of the already established venue filled with energy and excitement.

For the space to work, the Tibbatts Abel team had to carefully develop plans to create a retractable glass roof structure over the existing space which increased the overall footprint and lifted the ceiling.

The interior immediately makes an impact as guests walk through the doors, loud geometric patterns travel through the floor and reflects to the walls and ceiling, making every angle of the space striking and camera-ready.
